Welcome to Nilsbue HUB - right in the center of the mountain village of Lom. Surrounded by national parks, glaciers and mountains, restaurants, cafes, bakery and lots of exciting shops!

Are you planning a long weekend in the mountains, but have to work a bit on the way? Then it's just a matter of "dropping in" here, getting the job done - and head straight up to the mountains afterwards! Get in touch, and we will find a suitable solution.

We have space available, both for fixed and flexible rent.

PRICING (updated for 2024):

Drop-in  | NOK 300 (inc. vat.) per day.
Office space in an open landscape.

Meeting Room  | NOK NOK 199 per hour
Meeting room with conference equipment and space for 8 people. Free access to coffee/tea.

Fixed  | NOK 2,725 per month.
This is the solution for those of you who want permanent office space in a private cell office.

Flex  | NOK 1,050 / NOK 1,675 per month.
(Access to office space up to 6 / 10 days a month.)
Flexible rent for those who need an office a few days a month, or for shorter periods throughout the year.
The flex spaces are in open countryside, or in vacant cell offices.

* Access to shared facilities is included in the price for everyone.

SHARED FACILITIES:
COMMON AREA  –  Kitchenette, dining table and lounge
COFFEE MACHINE – Free access to fresh coffee and tea
WIRELESS INTERNET – Fast wireless internet included
ACCESS TO PRINTER  –  Printer, copier, scanner and office supplies
MEETING ROOMS – Ability to book meeting room with conference equipment for 8 people.
PARKING – Plenty of space for parking, and the possibility of electricity
